Code of Conduct
1. Overview
To establish clear expectations for professional behaviour, ethical decision making and alignment with Sustainable Procurement Value (SPV) vision. The SPV vision is to support client businesses work with their suppliers to deliver the value they need for investors in a manner that is sustainable for the planet and their internal operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, including contractors.

4. Professional Conduct Guidelines
SPV and its employees will conduct themselves professionally including:
- Workplace Behaviour
- Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment
- Collaborate constructively and communicate professionally
- Confidentiality & Data Ethics
- To follow the SPV Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy
- Protect sensitive client, supplier, and company information
- Use AI and data tools responsibly, ensuring privacy and compliance
- Intellectual Integrity
- Credit sources, avoid plagiarism, and contribute original thinking
- Share knowledge generously while respecting proprietary boundaries
- Use of Company Resources
- Use SPV assets (devices, software, templates) for authorised business purposes only
- Report misuse or security breaches promptly
- Team work
- Be punctual, reliable, and transparent about availability
- Respect flexible work arrangements and team coordination
4. Compliance & Legal Obligations
All employees will:
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and contractual obligations, including the Fair Work Act, privacy regulations, and anti-bribery and corruption statutes
- Adhere to all SPV Policies
- Cooperate with audits, investigations, and compliance reviews
- Exceptions to this code of conduct are to be reported and reviewed with the CEO
5. Reporting & Accountability
All employees will:
- Raise concerns or breaches through designated channels; confidentially and without fear of retaliation
- Understand that violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination
6. Acknowledgment
All employees must read, understand, and agree to this Code as part of
onboarding and reaffirm bi-annually.
7. Ownership and revision
This Policy is reviewed bi-annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in
technology, regulation, stakeholder feedback or SPV’s operations.
