b) Operational Commitments
SPV integrates sustainability into its day-to-day operations by:
- Operating as a remote-first business to reduce travel-related emissions
- Hosting digital assets with green-certified providers (e.g., GreenGeeks)
- Using cloud-based collaboration tools to minimise paper and physical waste
- Backing up data securely and efficiently to avoid duplication and energy intensive storage
- Selecting suppliers and partners who demonstrate environmental and ethical integrity
- Committing to developing and implementing a plan to achieve a net zero target by 2030, including the use of renewable energy
c) Advisory Commitments
In our client engagements, SPV:
- Promotes sustainable procurement frameworks that balance cost, value, and impact
- Encourages the use of ESG-aligned supplier evaluation criteria
- Supports the adoption of AI tools that enhance transparency and reduce resource waste
- Advocates for governance structures that reinforce long-term sustainability goals

SPV is committed to:

confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
5. Ownership and revision
This Policy is reviewed bi-annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in
technology, regulation, stakeholder feedback or SPV’s operations.
